All products sold by Hot Tub Essentials come complete with the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Please contact us if you have any warranty issues.
  • We pay the shipping cost on all warranty replacements.
  • We will reimburse for return ground shipping costs, if you experience a warranty issue within the first 14 days.
  • If you have a problem with a Spa Control System, please don't assume it is faulty. Please leave it hooked up with water in spa and contact us with details. 99% of the time it is a setup issue and easy to fix.

If you need to return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number.

  • Please email us for a return authorization number within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will provide instructions on where and how to send items back.
  • You are responsible for safe shipping of your returned products, please make sure the item is adequately packaged and insured.
  • Products must be in new, re-salable condition, without cosmetic or other damage. Please understand, as we never sell used or damaged products.
  • Special orders, electrical parts, or items that have been installed or assembled are not returnable.
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (a $5.00 minimum may apply).

Privacy: We will never sell or rent your personal information. We do not save credit card numbers.

If you register and sign in with your email address, your address details and past orders will be saved for future orders.
